Conquer Ninja Sports Performance training

Conquer Ninja training means improving athletes' mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and overall performance

Young athletes are being exposed to high levels of competition earlier and earlier, requiring efficient abilities to sprint, jump, cut, change direction, throw, rapidly accelerate and decelerate. It’s crucial to have the proper training in order to:

  • reduce the risk of injury
  • gain a competitive edge
  • improve an athlete’s potential ability to master the specific skills required by their sport of choice
  • equip athletes to create more opportunities for advancement
